The term marketplace may seem new to many. In fact, it is not a new thing, but what do we mean by the market in thought? Surely everyone will say that the market is a place to buy and sell goods. Do a little more with this, where one side goes to sell the product, and the other side goes to buy the product. Outsourcing involves two parties, one wants to work, and the other wants to work. The one who wants to work is called a buyer or client in the outsourcing world and the one who wants to work is a freelancer or contractor. There are many websites in the world of outsourcing known as Marketplace for communication and coordination between these buyers and freelancers.
